This processing is carried out to fulfill the tasks assigned to us, which can be summarized as managing your explicit request to be considered for employment in our organization, providing you with the requested information, and/or fulfilling specific legal obligations incumbent upon the Data Controller. Providing your data is optional, but your refusal will prevent us from proceeding with the execution of the ongoing contract or fulfilling your specific requests.

Specifically, your data is related to our business activity of “Software Development and Support” and concerns the normal staff selection process; unless specific and explicit consent is given, no mass marketing or profiling activities will be conducted.

The retention of your data (which, in any case, will not exceed one year) is linked to your request for inclusion in the staff selection process, legal obligations, or specific processing needs in which you are involved. You have the right to request the deletion of your data when this right does not conflict with legal obligations.

Your data will be disclosed to the personnel of our organization necessary for carrying out the assigned tasks and to comply with legal obligations, to supervisory and law enforcement authorities if required, and to any third parties only when necessary for fulfilling the assigned tasks.

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion, restriction, updating, portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as the general rights provided under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

The transfer of your data abroad by our organization is not foreseen; however, any third parties involved in processing may have the ability to do so.
